Kittitas Co. Wa. State | Odd..?? you can't simply loosen the cutting tip (a joint some where around the oxygen handle) and just turn the cutting tip over so the ac. ox knobs are on the bottom ?? I've never see a cutting torch where that couldn't be done. Some guys like the adjustment knobs up and some like them down. I too have always turned the cutting head so the knobs are down and not get them caught in my sleeves.
