Sure does make one wonder what would cause a leak like that in the first place.... if it is halfway up an actual sheet.

I always figured the only danger of a slurrystore leaking was at the bolted joints where the sealant is. May want to investigate a little bit further the cause of the leak, could be a foundation failure or something moving or shifting.

Glass fused to steel panels.... I guess it could just be metal fatigue after so many years too. At least feel good that it is an above ground storage tank and you can actually see the leak. If it was concrete underground then you would really be in trouble.
