THANK YOU so much for the phone #'s! John on Ontario has been wonderful! Still have the prblem though no one around here seems to know what to do, no one wants to touch it for fear of collapse! Top crust not frozen as deep as we thought are going to try a steamer to poke holes and let liquid come up, Stuff is pushing out sheet on the seam, recomendations are to agitate and drain which could put more pressure on it and splash! Also thought of a highboy to GENTLY scrape the top off, was told would put too much pressure moveing it around on the already weak sides,noticed tonight sheet above is showing signs of buckling! Husband is beside himself! Can,t fix this problem and can't seem to find anyone to help! John in Ontario has been trying to advise will be trying to send him pictures to gauge the scope of the problem. But wanted to let you folks know how I appreciate the help!!!
