White #'s represented pto hp from the early 70's (2-135= 135pto hp and 6195= 195pto hp) up until the 8000 series Agco Whites came out in 98. In a moment of stupidity they tried to copy something from Deere and CIH and used 8310,8410,8510,8610,8710and 8810 for model numbers.
Then when they dropped the White name and just went to AGCO the numbers meant something again (RT150 = 150pto hp and DT180= 180pto hp).

For the original ? the TS is a lighter/maybe cheaper built tractor than the TM.
Kinda like a 7920 vs 8120 Deere the hp was the same but the 7920 weighed 5000 lbs less.

Here are some links to Tractordata.com, doesn't have complete specs but it is useful for comparing tractors.
