Nicely put. They limited different options to different brands so everyone would not buy just one brand, if you really want a particular option, you have to buy the right colour. Fiat gave a lot of NH engineers a choice last year-move from Penn. to the Case plant, transfer to a different division-e.g. tractors to hay tools or quit. They lost some smart people, particularly one from the L4wd that is now with Agco.
