Subject: Re: J.D. 9550 combine?

I have a 9500 and I have been well pleased with it.

With a 6 row narrow head, I usually run 5.5-7 mph if it is on pretty level ground and the ground is smooth enough it is not stressing the combine by bouncing. I run 5- 5.5 mph with a 20 foot bean head in good beans. It is a little short of power in beans but a 9550 has more power, I don't recall how much. I would think a 9550 would handle a 25 foot head pretty good in beans.

They are the best working combine in milo that I have ever seen, but I doubt you harvest milo.
