Good points redered, but heres mine. Go with the permicolumn or make your own cement post under ground. Why would anyone want to replace post in 20 or 30 yrs? Esspecilly if you cement the floor out. If this shed is in a "farming" area and not pressured by development with in the 20 yrs and the building will be around ( or should be around) for 100 yrs then use the best materials and building knowledge available today to do it right no. You can pour your own columns in ground and mount the post on top or buy the premade ones.
JMHO and the way I would do it.
