Could be just a change of tactics to make the public believe that poor old M is being forced into buying DPL. Why shucks, there's nuthin to the rumor that Big M is trying to gain a monopoly hold on the seed business for cotton, or corn, or soybeans, or etc. The good old boys know that spreading a few $$ maybe 50 or 100million is just small change to get what they want and besides they can just charge it off on the price of seed, royalties, etc.
