Right on! That same Judge also wrote the majority opinion that permitted the use of utility patents to subvert and supersede the PVPA. Small seed companies can not actively engage in plant breeding any longer, the multinationals own the germplasm. They stole it from farmers, but they now own it. So what's the owner of a small seed company to do? Sell out!
