Lincoln, NE | If it's a little,uncontrolled,airport you should be able to fly...but I'd sure let the manager know your plans. Download the (blue icon) FAA app called B4Ufly and it will prompt you from there (in your asking for permission) and it'll show your airport on the map and will likely come back saying "Fly Safely". I have a small grass strip near me and it says "Warning - Action Required" tap "More Status Information" and it will ask for your flight altitude, distance and duration - will probably come back saying "Fly Safely"
