I searched the internet but could not find a similar FAA document that covers drone strikes to aircraft. They don't exist. Only "sightings" by pilots and see something and call it a drone. Before it was called a UFO.
Seems strange as the FAA has everybody's panties in a twist over model airplanes (drones, sUAS). Media fear mongering is all it is. Amazon showing drones in their TV commercials even though commercial package delivery is not allowed yet per the rules. They are prepping sheeple for whats to come with drones in their commercials and they want the airspace to 400'.
