Lee Co | I always thought it was September 1st as a notice day for termination even tho the law states 4 months. Maybe it's just a courtisy to notify by 9-1. I always have the specific date in all leases.
Something like "if no notification is recieved from either party by
September 1 the lease renews for another year"
there are sure to be many good ways to do this with no or little reason to get anyone mad at you if you are careful about how you word it and get it delivered. | |
