I have gotten some good and bad things from them. Like you I enjoy their catalog.
However I would avoid that hose reel. I bought a $19 electric cord reel and it broke in about 20 minutes-no kidding. After that experience I spent about $45 on sale at farm and fleet for a nice one-no compariston.
