Here are the pins that you need. What they look like and the LCSC part number.

If you want to solder a wire to every pin then I think you are going to have to cut one row of pins short. I don’t know how you’d access the center row of pins with your soldering iron otherwise?

If you like I could design you a PCB board that holds the connector and breaks it out to holes with solder pads? It’d take 5 minutes to design, you could order it from JLCPCB.

I have a pretty good guess as to what you are working on. I think a bit of gasket maker on the aluminum box and faceplate would make it pretty dust tight? If you have the standard instead of micro, I have an untested faceplate design for it. Maybe you could test it?
