dairy BAD! I can eat one bite of ice cream and be ok, two bites not good, just the way it is, everyone has to learn what triggers the throne run, BUT no matter what, you have to stay hydrated, know several people who ended up in the hospital cause they wouldn't stay hydrated, big big deal.
like I said I've only had it for a few yrs. I've learned not to eat late in the evening, no dairy, no sugary foods, and still testing other foods.
Good luck to anyone who has it and keep experimenting to find a good common ground.
