Central Coast, California | I have it. My brother does as well he older and got it in his early twenties I got it later in my twenties. We've had very different experiences. His was originally misdiagnosed and then got so bad he had to have a ostomy.
Thanks to his experience I went to the doctor when symptoms came on. Got a the correct diagnosis and am working with a better doctor than the one he had.
We both had some success with the "Specific Carbohydrate Diet" search out the book as the diet is hard to explain. That worked for a while without the help of meds but now I am on humira and have been symptom free for 3 years. |
