I only cold call if the piece fits perfectly with my property. Bring your best offer, it’s not a time for tire kicking if the ground isn’t advertised for sale. Have been pleasantly surprised with how the sellers received an offer on their land. Only had one guy that didn’t appreciate my call enough to tell me so. I inquired as to why, and he proceeded to point out he was catholic and I was not. I apologized for that oversight and had a good chuckle about it after I hung up. |
