Southern Indiana | He’s also mentioned he’s uneasy about selling it because of capital gains since it was inherited…. They have three daughters and none I believe interested in the farm unless they continue to rent it for income someday… Sounds like a lot of guys here have had success with bringing it up so I think I will… I still liked the idea of writing a letter so it doesn’t take them by surprise and put them on the spot, but then again maybe that would be better.. | |
