I believe he is talking about the overblown hype about the 2 billion people who are traveling into the path of totality to witness a natural event.
The governor calling out the National Guard and local Police and Fire units on standby the cataclysmic events to unfold.
And for the record, Y2K turned out a lot different than it was if the steps that were taken had not been done.
