Windom, MN | I'm in the camp its better to stage and be prepared for issues rather than sit there and say its no big deal. The totality areas will see a lot more traffic and be crowded, but if totality is something you've always wanted to see, there is now a 20 year wait until the next one. I won't be around in 2099 when the eclipse comes to MN, but I bet it will be cloudy...
