I had to drive an hour to the SE to be in the total eclipse zone in 2017. It was worth it. I was north of Grand island Nebraska on a country road. I parked on a small hill and saw a pickup coming a mile or so away it turned out to be my folks with 2 uncles and an aunt. We all had a good time.
Will the eclipse turn out like Y2K
