Southeast Washington
Yes. It was crazy when it went through Oregon a few years ago. A town of 900 residents had 40,000 people with tent and camp spots painted out in pastures. Took over 2 hours to drive 18 miles to where the highway forked and even then it was bumper to bumper along the way 120 miles north to the freeway. Going into towns with no traffic lights 100 miles from the event was stop and go with people walking dogs along the edge of the road and moving deadest than the traffic. After that point the terrain opened up from the mountains allowing you to get on gravel county roads to get someplace before you hit the bigger town with several traffic lights to get on the freeway.

Rigs were carrying extra gas because no way was there enough gas in the rural towns. Total crazy.
