Don't get one of those memory foam mattresses. Example is Tempurpedic memory foam. They have perfect "memory". Huge deep holes that you can't even climb out of, the foam holds all of your body heat, your back is killing you every morning. We got rid of ours after two years. We went back to a traditional mattress "extra firm" with a thin pillow top.
