well they are really a store that just builds the mattress right there. I think they have a comfort guarrentee that if you don't like the way it is you bring it back and they will change the insides to what you need. The pillow top has a zipper so you can put different materials in to suit your comfort.
Looks like it could be a good product. Don't have one, though.
