N East Sask, Canada | We have slept on a waveless soft sided hybrid water bed for 24 years, second cover, bought a thick pillow top. Sleep perfectly both of us, always warm in winter or cooler in summer because we unplug it. If we sleep away from home, always feel our water bed is better when we get back. I disagree about bad for the back, the water bed puts even pressure on all of you so it's much less chance of aches. You are supposed to sleep on your sides to keep your spine correct. Make sure you have it full enough of water. A spring creates pressure points, memory foam sounds awful. Next choice is an air mattress. | |
