Our garage is 20 x 26 with a 7' x 18' door. We keep a caddy sts and cab and half chevy 4x4 in with no problem. I put a floor drain all the way across the door end also put infloor heat tied in to the house boiler. House has infloor heat also. Floor is always dry. I keep the temp at 70 degrees. Infloor heat didn't cost that much to put in.
