I have EZ Guide + , something like serial no. 000010, and have never had that problem. My EZ 500 most certainly does not. In our hills and canyons one turns anywhich way one can to keep all 8 on the ground. I did encounter that with the first Cultiva which, because o that quirk, I did not purchase.

Go for the 500 and I'll put money on it that wihin 3 years an EZ Steer shows up. The combo is just too good at saving inputs and exstending or easing the day.

The problem of an EZ Guide plus getting lost when doing a 180 turn in a tight corner seems to be fixed with the new 4.11 firmware. I had a problem with that right up through the 4.10 firmware update, but installed 4.11 last fall and was never able to confuse it , even though I tried very hard.
I wanted to see if they really had it fixed, and tried doing a 180 or even a 540 and running back over my original track, never was able to fool it.
