If this glitch is fixed it was done so after last september or the software engineer from trimble lied to me. Those guys at the selling booths sometimes say whatever it takes, and he might not have had any idea at all what he was talking about. If so another reason I really am not interested in their wares.
I will say after thinking about this in the middle of the night, I did not hook up the boom status detect so I was making a pass even when I turned. If I had shut off the boom every time I turned this might have not screwed it up, but I do not want a guidance device that I have to guide.
Anyhow.. that is the rest of the story.
Still don't want one. Raven cruizer looks like the best bang/buck of all the demos I tried last month at the shows, although the newest verstion of the outback is about the same. | |
