I would guess tile lines also, try taking an aerial photo of some fields around here or planting winter wheat. You can see the tile lines to the foot. Especially the older trenched lines that were back filled with topsoil to aid drainage. The plowed in lines do not show up as well but under the right conditions will. If you live in a snow area you can also see all the tile lines when things are right. The tile lines dry out quicker and the snow doesn't melt as fast.Have mapped many a tile line this way.
