washington CO
i live in north central kansas, we used to plant milo but chinch bugs would kill us with all the wheat in the area. we switched to corn for this reason.any short season corn this year planted early in our area is by far the only corn with ears. 35P10 is our best looking corn, i believe it is 105 day corn. make sure to have it planted by april 15 so it is pollinated before the heat. we had ours in around the 10th and it was pollinated in early july. plant about 20-22,000, Depending on how much water it gets dryland usually is 100-125, maxes out at about 180. golden harvest has a 9098 i belive is the RR version looks great too. i cant remember what the maturity of this corn is but it has some better top end.

what is corn looking like over there CKS?
