On the commercial use discussion, I may not like the FAA guidelines but that does not mean those guidelines do not exist. Your continued argument defending your position is consistent with your commercial enterprise that is in conflict with the FAA guidelines. It isn't a violation of the guidelines for you to sell me the uav to fly my fields for detecting management information, it's just a violation of the guidelines for me to use the drone in that capacity. I doubt if that factoid is stated on your sales agreement. I call BS on your disclaimer tactic and ask you to please use this forum as others do and examine your defensive position in this thread.
