Hillsdale Michigan
very good points Gary!
but also here it would do us good here in my area to get the USDA out of the land rental busness, this has done more damage to our area than the prices we recive.
you should see all the brush that has grown up,and they are paying more than the they should , so it raises rent on all farm land.
and they also have rented more than the % mandated by law , so all farmers suffer, our county had 35,000 ac in this program, with 6,000 in 10 miles.
