You don't give enough info. What group are they? If they are group 3 or early 4's you mighy need to get them as soon as the pods turn no matter what the stems or weeds or the rest looks like because they are bad to pop out of the hull as soon as they are ready. If they are group late 4's or 5 or 6 you can wait some but if they get to dry you will get some shattering and will be losing money due to light weight.
