Martinsville, Ohio
Moisture. Like to start at least when they test 16% or so and hot a warm or windy day they will dry down quickly. By the time they are 14% we want to be at full harvest.

The beans were testing 14% at Farm Science Review today 50 miles northeast of me so we are not far away, just need some sunshine and air. Heard of at least 1000 acres that have been cut around the state, early maturities planted early and yields of 52-67, really good.

Wish I had a way to fly gramoxone on some fields but power lines and other problems is not going to let that happen. If I were selfish I wouldn't care if it frosted hard tonight....
