If most of the pods look ripe take a pod & hold it so that where the 2 halves come together is between 2 fingers. Squeeze it & if the pod snaps open then bite into a couple of the beans. If they are hard it's time to get the combine & cut a sample. If they are soft wait a coupel days & try again.
