I would look at it in economic terms. Generally your gross per acre income is much higher on the corn than on the beans. All of your inputs have been spent on both crops, your gross income is greater on the corn. I would go get the corn first and not worry about the beans until you were done with corn. If you lose a few beans you lose a few beans - get your money from the corn losses there will cost you more than losses in beans. There may be other factors but generally go get the corn, imho.
