I think poultry is exempt from all the CAFO rules so far, including the "before soybeans". Around here you can get it (chicken shi*) from many retailers (coops) and several of the producers, and apply at rates that would make a polluter blush. I'm not sure I understand it, or want to, but poultry has always had a pass, as has commercial.
