Subject: Milk and Keto



For those of you that have had some experience with this do you think 1 or 2 cups (true measuring cups) of milk would ruin my diet?

I used to drink 1+ gallon a day and completely quit for about a month or so and have only drank water and ate meat (basically with very few exceptions) but have missed my milk. Was curious if that small amount would ruin my hard work thus far. Since Thanksgiving I’m down right at 35 pounds very happy with my results thanks to those of you here for posting your success stories to give me the idea to try it. Hoping to stay on a more keto type diet rather than carnivore type after I get more pounds off.
