NW Iowa | Before I/we changed our diet, I also drank a lot of milk. Before keto I drank Vit D whole milk. At least it has the good stuff (fat) still in it. Now I drink real heavy whipping cream instead of milk. Easy to dilute it down with water if you want. It isn't that easy to find here. Several kinds available that I consider fake versions that have a bunch of other stuff in them like GV from Walmart. 2 stores in town sometimes have this: https://www.aedairy.com/products/heavy-whipping-cream/
