Wife uses a lot of heavy cream in low carb gravies and deserts. She tries to find brands without emulsifiers and added junk. Aldi has one of her favorites.
For example she makes a white gravy with cream cheese, whipping cream and a little butter or food grease. High fat low carb, very tasty.
