I have been successful in losing over 100 pounds over the last year and have able to add some whole milk after a few months of pretty consistent less than 20 carbs per day. The way I understand it whole fat milk is better than 2% or 1%. Better yet right from the cow. I am like you and really missed it. Not everyone is the same either. The best thing to do is to try a little and see if you stall. We have been able to have some other dairy to but not every day. (Cream cheese and other cheeses). I feel we need to be comfortable with the lifestyle or it’s not going to be sustainable for the long run. Good luck and congrats on your efforts it’s totally worth it for sure.

I would be thrilled to lose 100# actually my goal is to lose 130 or so.

I seem to drop weight about 5# at a time. More or less maintain a weight for a week or so then drop 5 pounds in about 2 days and stall again. Seems a little different than what I hear from others…

I would say on average I’m less than 10 carbs a day. Usually carbs only come from a little ketchup with my hamburger patties.
