You may want to try eating 1 meal a day. I've found if I eat 3500 or so calories a day I maintain my weight. Go over that I'll gain, under ill lose.
YOU have got to be kidding me...? you must be in a sweat working hard labor all day long to burn that off......In order to stay at 200 + lbs I had better not ever hit 1500 calories, or it instantly sticks to me.... |
