| I am 74, six feet three, weigh 210. I have worn the same size shirt LT and jeans 34W-34I for the last 45 years. My health problems are DVT and skin cancer. I attribute the first to too many hours sitting on a tractor without taking a break and the latter to wearing the wrong hats.
I am glad Keto has done wonders for you, but that doesn't mean it is the solution for everyone or the only one whose adherents know what they are talking about
In my research about Gary Taubes, I found that Mr. Fell is not the only individual who believes that Mr. Taubes cherry picks his resources. If it doesn't fit his theory, it is omitted. As Mr. Fell linked to a video about Gary's own NuSci study
