Texas | The complete wheat berry is supposed to not act like processed flour in the body. The processed flour is basically sugar as far as body is concerned. Many people with diabetes don’t get a sugar spike eating it. And people with celiacs can eat it in moderation in most cases.
The keto diet was goood to me in general, but I was eating an insane amount of meat to keep my energy up. I can eat a burger for breakfast with this bread and don’t get hungry until 1 probably. A regular burger and I’m starving by 11.
I do have an extra freezer for beef overflow so I could fill some buckets or ice bags and freeze them like suggested. I probably need 3-4bu for a year. I may plant a bag of soft next fall to catch. They say it doesn’t do well here in the heat. | |
