southern MN | I don’t understand the gluten deal, but don’t want to flare up any debate about it.
Never was a deal in my day.
Now it’s a deal for some reason.
I thought wheat generally has gluten. It is sort of what makes it wheat? And gives the bakery items a good texture and taste?
So if you grind your own wheat kernels, or you buy a loaf in the store, it’s wheat it’s the included gluten? That doesn’t seem to be gluten free to me - seems you actually would need highly processed flour to try to get it gluten free? Opposite of this?
Making your own bread from scratch, cool deal very nice whatever the reasoning makes no matter to me.
