Texas | Wheat in whole grain form has 40 something nutrients. Processed flour even “whole grain” has something like 11. Don’t quote me that’s from memory. Most naturopathic doctors are finding those missing nutrients are very important to human nutrition. The processed wheat is treated like sugar in the body. The whole berry flour is not so much. The whole grain flour goes rancid in a very quick time frame so processors basically make it dead food so it will store and ship easily.
Basically one more case of the government sacrificing our health so someone could make a bunch of money. Actually it was probably the first step. | |
