east central ND		I would say your are being generous paying 1/3 of the fertilizer. Things moved to mostly cash rent around here back when the corn/ bean rotation took over the majority of the acres. To my knowledge, in the past for my area, a 1/3 2/3 would have the landlord providing the land and collecting 1/3 the crop - end of story. I’m not sure how a flex share crop lease would look like. And lime is kinda rare around here.
