I need to make 3 times as much after expenses on some than others simply because it takes 3x as long per acre.
Not to mention the machinery cost is probably 4x as one is more apt to have a whoops with many more obstacles.

If someone came to me to rent my farm on shares and thought they should get a bigger share because of the "whoops" factor they would exiting my farm in a hurry! If you are unable to operate your equipment on my farm, your 110 row planter is too big or you are unable to operate equipment with obstacles without numerous "whoops". I would rent to someone who is less of a complainer and more of a professional operator maybe with more appropriately sized equipment. (My home farm is planted with 2-24 row planters, in spite of several obstacles the "whoops" factor is insignificant) We would all like to farm 640 acre fields. In my area that is impossible. Best luck too you!
