Rent agreements vary greatly.

My 1/3-2/3 land = land owner pays 1/3 fertilizer and 1/3 fungicide/insecticide. Only application they pay is aerial app.

Maybe old school but my landowners are happy.

Edit to add, I take care of soil sampling, they pay lime.
