Thanks. Here I know fertilizer is pretty standard to split. The getting into 1/3 the cost of spray is where I think she should draw the line. Spray and fertilizer cost were almost equal!

Crop is hauled at their expense to the elevator.

In my first scenario my tenant buys it at the local spot price.

Not real fluent in these conversations so ask away and I'll give details as I know them.
